you should start a service for warpmarking other people's tracks.

seriously, it could be great for people who A) dont have the time, or B) don't "get" how warping works.

set up an FTP for uploads and downloads. you take their .mp3, warp it, and send them back the .asd that goes WITH the .mp3, and ...

im not shur if is becouse, before the release (L5) i convert all my 300 GB of Wav samplers, loops and songs to MP3.....and now Live 5 convert again all my f____n work to wav!!!

Well, MP3 support is there due to popular demand.
But because timestreching and decoding mp3 doesn't work at the same time, Ableton uses a temporary folder where all you mp3's you use are converted to wav.

According to a post by ableton's Alex, trashing the whole folder will result in Ableton reverting to the settings you tried to delete (don't know how but I'm pretty sure that's what he said). Just delete that one file.

in the ARRANGMENT View ,the LOOP in the Sample View doesnt work.
Just the ligth turn on, but i cant press the Position Set or the Length Set bottons
The same problem whit the Start Set and End Set bottoms

in the Clip window or view ,the last 4 ...

Me too, i have the same probleam, and more of that!! i have long set's in live 4 whit out probleam's , but whean i try to play the same project or set in live 5, i got the clitchs and after playing for ...

relax dude,

all live does is creating a temporary .wav, wich gets deleted eventually.

Just keep some 10 GB free somewhere for decoding cache.

for simple mp3 playback, like iTunes or WinAmp, there is no decoding needed. But if you want to stretch, warp, chop and mess up your mp3 samples, they ...
