Re: Ulrich Schnauss / Berlin

I like Ulrich Schnauss music... very simple and beautiful... The guy uses more layers than just about any other shoegaze-related producer I've heard. It's definitely beautiful, but I dunno if I would call it simple ;) Try this reverb if you have reaktor, he talks about using it for that lovely pad ...

Re: OT: Breaking wind

Back in school one of my mates let rip a beauty in the middle of Chemistry, to which the teacher looked across and shouted “That was out of order”… to which my mate replied “Sorry sir, didn’t realize it was your turn” He got a detention for that :(

Re: OT: Martial Arts - My new Keep Fit

One of the reasons I took it up was to counteract all the daily muscle work I do with the guitar and the mouse. I have been getting some pain, and general stiffening. I'm looking to the stretching and different range of movements to bring some relief. I been experiencing this in my back and hips. I...

Re: OT: Martial Arts - My new Keep Fit

Yup, I did pentjak silat and hung gar kung-fu a long time ago. I was thinking of brazilian ju-jitsu or muay thai recently but I'm not sure yet. Martial arts are very good for the mind and the body. I been doing Muay Thai for a few months now, twice a week.. though i want to up it to 3 times. Once a...

Re: OT: LOST

It has, several times... the "smoke monster" has taken the form of other people. IT is quite possible that it has now taken the form of John Locke. When did that happen? Ben's daughter most recently just a couple of weeks ago. Mr Eckos brother Yemi i think his name was... http://lostpedia.wikia.com...

Re: OT: LOST

i think jacob was refering to a loophole for the other guy to kill him. I think your looking too deep into this. Usually lost is pretty much what is explained on the surface. Its a nice theory, but its wrong but has not once with the idea of someone taking the form of someone else. It has, several ...

Re: OT: LOST

All I have to say is that I can't wait till 2010. What a great season... I wanna know who the guy was with Jacob back on the beach (at the beginning of the show), he was the guy who said he hated Jacob and wanted to kill him - somehow this guy is using Locke's form to manipulate Ben into killing Ja...

Re: [OT] Nicotine - What's your story

138 days and counting without any contact with a cigarette! Don't even get cravings even when i drink which i am suprised about, as i've tried to give up a few years back and every day was torture. Woke up one morning late November and thought to myself "i'm never smoking again" and that was it! Smo...
