I have loaded up a live set that i've not worked on in a while and 3 of the clips which were audio files are missing.

I've done the usual set the location to various folders to search for said missing clips on the whole of my computer and Live cannot find them but says two of the missing candidates ...

How do i record Audio or any sound from my Mac either streams from the net, podcasts , music ,speech etc straight into Live.

I have found out on how to do this now. At bottom of the arrangement page i use the song tempo on the master track and then automate where ever i want in the track.Its a great little trick and theres lots of fun to be had!

I am trying to change the bpm of one part of a track,literally a couple of bars. Then straight back to the original tempo for the rest of the tune.

I have done this before but have forgotten.

Any help would be great

i just moved reaktor out of the plugins folder and started again,and noticed that when it trys to load live the first thing it says is 'Creating a Bug pack Report'. Which i did not notice before.

This is obviously why its crashing and not loading up.

I am not sure how to solve this ...

I will try the Reaktor suggestion as i did get that at xmas so maybe thats the problem.

I cannot open up live. After initially clicking on the live icon from my desktop, after a few seconds before it even gets to the main session view window it just crashes and quits. I get a message saying ignore,quit or reopen, none of this works.

Hi, many thanks for your reply. I am looking in the right folders,in other words looking in the one that has my name as username. But as i mention in the application data folder both files for deleting are not there. Nothing to do with ableton is their. You mention replacing live 8.1.3 into those ...
