Thanks inakiesarte. Really not sure about gig possibilities in cornwall. There are some venues in Plymouth & Exeter that might be worth a try. Exeter Phoenix put things on regularly & in Plymouth there's The Hub.

Yes, Palin would bring intellectual insight and fairness into politics...plus you can see Russia from her house!knotkranky wrote:I hope she goes the distance and becomes the GOP's choice 2012.
Perhaps she could become president of the country of Africa.....

That's fairly stupid, however, I sort of see their point as I bet millions of hours are wasted every day on websites that have nothing to do with the job you're supposed to be doing.
Surely bribing the IT dept may come up trumps and allow a few chosen sites through their net.

Does that mean you write pretentious music ala Sting?UKRuss wrote:Sometimes I employ the bottleslide of ignorance to juxtapose the struggle of the third world against the blinding contrast of the west. Shade...and light.
Only joking btw, I would never really accuse someone of sinking that low!

Re: hey i was currious about sampler? can anyone help
i have tinkered with it and it does play the sample but doesnt seem to recognize the slice points, is there a way for me to change this?
I can't be too sure about this as I have never bothered with Rex files in Sampler. However, as far as it goes, Sampler is a beast of a machine, the NNXT or ...

Re: Weirdo stuff - Low Frequency - blanket
thanks sijarvis - nice comments again
(have you got live 8 yet?) - share feature still in beta I see.
Some would say live 8 is still in beta lol
Cheers :)
No still not upgraded to 8, a bone of contention at the moment, I don't think it's far off being stable enough though not quite there yet.

It`s interesting. Thanks for sharing but try to make it more impressive.
I quite like experimental electronic music as it's the home of unheard sounds and seeing as people spend a lot of money on synthesisers, we shouldn't really want to recreate standard noises.

Re: bitwig - anyone know the ins and outs
Well, I wasn't saying 'Negative Nancy' to be rude or call names like 12 year olds, but just to affirm my point that all the posts I seem to have read from you under your current username seem to be of a very negative calibre, specifically towards Ableton. To be honest, seeing as I don't own Live 8 ...

Now don't get me wrong, you can be as disgusted by my posts as you like but I love Live 7, it really is incredible and I would really love to say the same about Live 8, I just don't think I can yet.
