Has anyone else had any issues taking something a region to be looped from arrangement to session? Here is what I'm doing:

1. Record multi tracks into the arrangement. Let's say for example 5 tracks - one midi and four audio.

2. On all 5 tracks, select the same 8 bar loop. Say measures 9-17.

Guys thanks for the replies and great tutorial. I think it is having the other MIDI ins set on the track. When I set to none I am able to tweak one knob (with my mouse) and it doesn't overwrite the automation in the other lanes. This is huge for me.

I guess the question to ask is if this is being looked at and worked on. To those who say music workflow is linear, the whole point of live is to escape that mindset. The fact we have to mix down to audio to get any automation tweaks for playing in session is nuts.

Ok, I figured out by reloading the original set and doing nothing other than setting the samples that it works for me as is (sorry...). I had messed something up by putting an impulse on track one... yeah.
