Re: MackieControl and Clyphx pro not working
Clear. So no, my problem was specific for that bank-changes. For the rest Clyphx works like charm.

Re: MackieControl and Clyphx pro not working
And did you succeed in sending bank control messages? (Next bank of 8 channels, last bank of 8 channels) I understood that the Mackie script didn’t react on that…

MackieControl and Clyphx pro not working
Is there anybody with an insight on this:
I try to send control surface messages to the mackiecontrol script with clyphx pro XControls ([] CS "MackieControl" BANK >). But the script doesn't seem to react. My mistake (probably)? Or bug?
(Icon platform X+, MackieControl, LIVE 12.1.5, mac)
Thanks
Peter

mfl device not shown in live-browser pane
A mil device (amxd) is not shown/recognised in the LIVE browser pane. Although other device in the same map are shown. surely something stupid at my side, because until vs 11 it was no problem. But after upgrade to 12 this started.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Manually edit remote midi control
I have this controller that always sends 4 simultaneous midi notes. I only want to use one of them as remote control for something. What happens now is that when I push the midi-assign button and send the notes, the last one will be recognized. But what if I wanted another one (of the 4) to do the ...

push 2 drum sequencer on MFL instrum in stead off drum rack?
Hai Forum,
I have made this MFL drum instrument which synthesizes some drums and cymbals. Each sounds listens to a specific midi-note.
How can I use the Push 2 drum sequencer on this instrument. Creating a drum rack is not really working because it loads an instance of my device for every note ...

midi map shift click actions
Thanks to this forum I just discovered ClyphX. It is great. I now can stop playing at a locator in arrangement view.
But the next thing is to start the arrangement with a midi-command at that spot. The play button brings me back to the beginning of the arrangement or the selection markers. But I ...

Auto stop on locator in arrangement
Well, the subject more or less tells it all.
I'm looking for a way to stop the arrangement playing at a certain point, which probably would be a locator. So that it waitsthere for a new manual start message.
I cannot find this in the manual, so probably it doen't exist. But maybe somebody knows a ...

Re: Tempo change but no Looper pitch change?
Thanks a lot for confirming my doubts.
But strange it is: I have this nice groove running with loopers. Why would it be impossible to speed this thing up?
But you can't have it all, I guess.
Thanks again.
Peter

Tempo change but no Looper pitch change?
Sorry guys, probably it is my inexperience.
But what I want to do I cannot find. I have some (midi)clips running. On top of that I record some looper-things. Now I want to speed up the whole thing, but -of cause- without changing pitch. That seems unpossible. Or???
Thanks,
Peter

Re: Dummy question about recording in arr/sess and lost playback
Sorry. I mailed this question to soon. Problem solved. I had some automation-clips running and of cause they also were recorded and did playback. That messed the whole thing up. Muting of their midi-sends was the solution.
Sorry for the abuse of bandwith.

Dummy question about recording in arr/sess and lost playback
Working for a month now with LIVE 8 and going for it. Stumbling over this inconvenience:
Want to record my sopranosax together with some sessionclips, live controlled by midi-footswitch. Recording is OK.
Playing back the sax-recording stops everytime there is a clipchange and I have to hit the back ...

Re: Please help! Virtual MIDI & Live...
Of cause this would be a job that could be perfectly managed by a very simple MAX-patch. But for that we have to wait a little bit longer.
Another solution would be to create a track with ten midiclips with the wanted messages in it and key-automate their trigger to the desired keys on your computer ...

Re: Automatically trigger scene
The best option for me is as follows.
Create a midiclip from the desired length with in the last beat a midimessage that will start a given scene thru mid-automation. Of cause you have to route this clip to a remotecontrol enabled device (could be fi. the IAC-driver on a MAC).
In my library I ...
