I've just picked up a second hand Micro Modular, and am really struggling to get to grips with some of the most basic functions. After tearing my hair out to get the thing to communicate with the (Clavia BETA) editor, I've managed to get that working. I cannot however get the Nomad Editor to work ...

Yeah, it's set to send, so that shouldn't be a problem. As for the output that I'm sending from - I wondered about this too - but I have a choice of Line (presumably 'master'), Rec, or Monitor. All of which give the same result of feedback awfulness.

I've just got a Kaoss pad to use for DJ'ing and I've hooked it up to my Technics SH-1200 Mixer on the aux send. Hi, I am trying to use the midi arpeggiator in ableton with my 106, but am having trouble doing so... I can get the arp to playback to the 106 after I've recorded in my notes to a clip loop, but I can't seem to use it in a live capacity... Anyone got any ideas why? Can the 106 not send and receive ...

Can I also ask: where on a mac does one expect to find VST plugins (other than where they appear in the applications). in the past on a pc there was a VST plugins folder in the programs files that everything VST compatible would get a VST instance installed to. I can't see ...

I get as far as Library -> Application Support -> Ableton

...But there's not Library inside.
