Thank you thank you thank you! This has been driving me nuts. I thought of probably any conceivable combination of modifier keys and combinations, except shift lmao!

In Live 9, there used to be a shortcut Option Command F to bring up the fade handles on audio clips in the arrangement view. This didnt matter if automation lanes were enabled or not, or if Computer MIDI Keyboard was on or not.

Now in Live 12 it seems they have taken away this very simple process ...

How about multiple clip editing on the bottom warping window. For example, it would be much easier and "cleaner" if I could open up 2 audio clips on top of one another to make lining up vocals and other transients in one window. Right now you have to edit 1 clip in the bottom, and zoom in on the top ...

I just found the preset .adg's in the old library i backed up, and dragged them into the new live library. They worked fine!

I have presets from the old live 8 that I have made... and mostly effect racks i have set up using some ableton effects with waves plug ins ... etc..

Hello everyone! This is my situation... I have 3 computers with Live on them, but my main workstation has most of the presets i save, packs i install...etc.

Ive recently updated all of the machines from 8.0.5 to 8.1.5 but doing so I cannot figure out how to transfer my library with all my presets ...

What Im trying to do in short, is fade out a group of tracks at the same time using 1 track, rather than automating volume for 10 tracks or so at once.

If i create a send / return the problem im facing is that the audio is still playing through the original tracks and the return track.

It never did that for me in previous versions of live. Always just trimmed the loop / sample to the start since some have spaces in the front, selected the clip and hit warp. Drag to the correct tempo. Done.

It has always been a very fast procedure and its just annoying.

After playing around with it for a while it seems that sometimes if i click off the selected clip, then back onto it, the box opens up for me to type in, not all the time though.

Also deleting and re-importing it sometimes works too, it seems like a glitch or something
