I have a akai professional mpk25 and it's nice.

It would be nice to have one. I never thought it was a issue. After reading this I can picture it being a problem for some. Ableton just goes great for how I use it. It would be a nice addition.

I saw this guy on worldstar hip hop once. That is taking it back to what it's really about. Hotness.

Since you said you're a newb...how about this. I'm a newb myself so It could be something this simple.

you have to make sure the track is armed, and also that the keyboard/midi switch is on ...
