i liked the roli block m and would welcome this functionality in a mini push all day long.

There is no real alternative out there in an all in one device or controller, what novation or akai does with their pads are no where near the utility and flexibility that roli does and add in the screen ...

I think a circuit type device but with a mini push feel with 8 smooth encoders an lcd screen akin to push and a square and flat premium feel profile and a slightly raised single square block pad section like the Roli block M but that can become 64 mini pads and with all the push functionality and ...

Any idea how to tag a folder and retain the folder structure rather than it just showing all the contents of each tagged folder?

it is similar to Wavetable, in that it doesnt seem to have been developed with Push 3 Standalone use in mind, which is such a shame as this would greatly expand the enjoyment and scope of Push 3 Standalone.

Maybe we will see this in the coming years, who knows for sure.

I have to say that after the 12.1 beta drop, it has given me a renewed faith in the standalone version.

I can see a bit more clearly, the vision i personally had, starting to come to fruition.

The new hotspot mode seems to solve all the issues I had with file transfers on push 3, which is great

I must say the use of macro variations with drum racks when switching fast between different variations using the pad layout can be extremely satisfying and produce interesting results on the fly, great addition to push!
