how much money are you looking to spend? And do you want a PCI card, or firewire or usb etc? I have a presonus firebox which is pretty decent - has guitar, mic, line inputs and midi i/os. Personally i find it handy having the inputs and controls on a breakout box like that rather than on the ...

If you are a uni student and log on to the higher education store through your college's server you get the best discount, around 15% I think plus a three year warranty and you get an option for cheap Applecare. Think Ram upgrades etc are cheaper as well.

I got a Macbook 2ghz Core 2 Duo with an 80 ...

mine is usually around 60C. when using it for a bit of web browsing, few other apps open etc.

Sometimes goes higher and the fans get pretty loud when using it for intensive stuff.
