Can someone please explain the interaction between these two?

Is there a YouTube video to explain. Eg why the piano roll says one number on the time bar and a completely different number on the project window time bar when looking at the same midi event in both.

I'm putting together a DJ mix with around 9 tracks from MP3 audio. I'm then adding a few effects such as auto filter and EQ.

My computer only registers minimal CPU usage (around 5%) yet Live struggles to play back. The playback freezes momentarily and the audio seems degraded.

I'm right clicking on the Warp Markers and getting the following options

Warp From Here
Warp From Here (Start at X bpm)
Warp X BPM From Here

Can someone please explain what the differences are and how best to get a track in time with the project tempo.

Does anyone know with the Grid setting on warp mode. It seems to get rid of the grid altogether which means I can move the audio freely but have not grid reference to line it up properly. OR I have a grid but it snaps to the grid and I can not move the audio precisely where I want.

Can anyone please tell me how I can beat match in Ableton live having imported two tunes that are slightly different tempos.

I have tried using the beat markers and it doesn't seem possible to do this.

Having watched a few youtube vids on this I'm still unclear as to how the tempo is behaving inside the Warp function.

Every time I move a Warp Marker on a track the Seg BPM changes.

Say I set project tempo of a track that is originally 94 to 95. I then set the markers to line the kick ...

I am using Ableton Live 10 with an audio interface (RME Fireface UC).

On Ableton I have configured the Master outputs on the Master channel strip to the Outputs on Fireface UC and this works fine. No problem.

However, when I set the Cue Out, which is for headphones on Ableton master channel ...
