I just found out that Ableton support late this afternoon sent me an email in response to my first support mail 16 days ago.

Glad I got the response and I'm glad that the issue is acknowledged! I feel quite relieved.

How long have you been currently waiting for an answer from Ableton Support? Or how long did it take before you got an answer? I have been waiting closer to two weeks and I am starting to get rather concerned. I have has had an apparent hardware issue since i got the P3s and I am pretty sure it has ...

The macro goes from full mono (@0), to only stereo (@127), so you have full control over your width with a single knob.

I have a similar issue. Packs that i find in a computer browser under the "Free Live 11 Trial" license does not show up in my Push.

Only the Intro license Packs show up in Push. I use Push 3 Standalone v. 11.3.10b2 on Live 11 Intro license.

Ah ok. I can't remember what's supposed to happen in this case, sorry. If the pack's not available even after a reboot or two, then that might be on omission on the "reset to factory" process for Intro licenses. Might be worth contacting Support . I'm forwarding to the Push team meanwhile...

Not available. I have chosen the Live Intro license.

That is fine for CV Tools Intro, if I could find it, but Intro is not enough to download the full CV Tools pack.
