yep... a noob question.
So I understand how to send audio signals/channels to the master for eventual rendering, but I cannot send the midi channels to the master.
So while I can play and sequence my midi stuff, and hear it through my speakers (M-audio box), I cannot "record" it anywhere.

glad to know it's not latency. that said, it still sounds bad. is this warping something everyone just deals with, or is there a way to fix it, complicated or otherwise?

ableton doesn't see via midi/audio interface?
Here’s a noobie question:
Why doesn’t ableton “see” the midi through the audio interface.
It only receives midi via USB directly in to the laptop, even though I have also connected a midi cable from the juno to the audio interface.
So… the only way I can get midi in to my computer is through USB ...
