did you try midi dump in ableton ?

i found a fix shouldve thought of it earlier .. just do the dump to the ableton automap and save the template on the sl now you can switch between any template.

so i recently picked up a sl 61 got a good deal on it .. everythings updated latest templates, os, drivers.. but i have 1 issue switching between automap universal template 38 and ableton live template 40. When i switch from automap universal to ableton automap the ableton controls stop functioning ...

can someone tell me how to set lives preferences for windows xp? I downloaded the manual set everything up like it says, live is recieving midi because I can still play drum racks but not of the mackie functions work? I have everything set to default as it says in the manual and in live In from midi ...

^^ where do you place the default for simpler so it always loads up in drum rack?

Live gets better every version but it can still be better.. What other small improvements do you think can be made? Im sure most or all of these have been brought up but still no change has been made so here it is again..
