Why would you even bother surely being an Ableton user you want them to improve the audio quality and not suggest ...

This audiophile actually teaches at the Queensland university of technology in Australia and is not an idiot, it took him two seconds to point out that one of the files had a distorted stereo image.

I take it thats a joke as your the one that has done the most elaborate post about how the summing is the same cause you got complete silence!

Are you kidding me ? Thats the worst test ever they sound nothing a like the drums sound the same the rest sounds louder and fatter in the logic wav..

I personally love it when this topic comes up cause I hope Ableton really do over hall there audio engine because it DOES sound inferrer not to ...

yes please +10000 . say hold shift and its free and it nudges by 1 midi tick ... the amount of time ive spent trying to just move a clip a tiny bit with the mouse when i wish i could just hit the arrow and watch it move one tick at a time

ok i hope this makes sense.

Im using "slice to midi" quite a bit , the problem i have is i end up with a lot of unused slices. at the moment im manually removing them to free up memory but if i have 30 plus slices it can take a while, not to mention the time it takes to work out which are in use ...

I had the same problem, im not 100 percent sure but im pretty sure u cant get rid of the 50ms , so yeh the crop feature is only really useful for there own samplers and if u use the wav's in other apps u will get apx 50ms latency.
