So hopefully this isn't coming across as spam, but I've just launched the first episode of a new podcast for my studio, and the idea is to have an informal interview/chat with various people from around the music industry, hopefully allowing the listener to gain insight to workflows and ...

It happens in Pro Tools... By pressing play, halfway through a note, any currently active note will be re-triggered from that point.

But yeah, I've looked into it and it seems no other DAW will do it.

But cheers though guys... Seems freezing is the only option in Live.

Hmmmm, so booted up Live, then dropped in a new Max Instrument, and then hit the Open/Edit button, and it then started continuously loading new Max windows of the same device over and over again until it crashed!

Have tried with various Max devices and it keep doing it again and again.
