USB midi controllers

Hi,

I'm using live on xp with a UC-33 and Trigger Finger and an MS-20 Controller.
When I go into preferences/midi sync/active devices they are listed as:

It's actually doung it on all the slots and it must have set to default because when i load a new impulse into a midi track it still does it.

i'm using impusle with drum samples loaded into it to play a midi clip of a 1 bar drum loop but live is playing the snare one on beats 1 & 3 instead of 2 & 4 where it's programmed to play. It's confusing the hell out of me. It wasn't doing it before and i've checked all the midi delay settings and ...

Using a UC-33 Controller to mimic the pitch slider of a CDJ.

I'm sure I heard somewhere that it was possible to set a Uc-33 controller up to use with live's master tempo to mimic the pitch slider on a CDJ. And also reverese the settings so that moving the fader up = - and down = + so that i can use live like a 3rd cdj into my Dj mixer.

If this is possible ...

Routing live for dj'ing alongside a conventional set up.

Please help!

I'm trying to set live up so that I can use it in conjunction with my dj set up of 2 cdj's and mixer.

I've got an M-Audio Audiophile sound card which has 1 line input and 2 x stereo outputs so I think what i'm trying to do should be poss.

Basically my idea was to have my cdj's ...

Live 4 and a Roland Juno-D - HELP!

I've been using Live 4 for a while for DJ'ing so know the basics of using the programme. I now like to try and make some of my own tunes. I've got a Juno-D synth, hooked up to a audiophile soundcard which goes into my laptop. (no mixer) I've used one of the drum kits on the synth to lay down the ...

Markers

I'm quite new to live and mainly use the arrangement view at the moment to sequence. Can anyone tell me Is it possible to place markers? I'm trying to lay the track out ie, intro, bridge, breakdown etc. Is it possible to do this with live like it is on other sequencers? Thanks.
