I just bought Komplete Audio 6. It offers a free Komplete_Elements_Mk2_100. Is there anything in this package that I have not yet installed with Komplete Ultimate 11? Thanks for your help

Today I wanted to use the orchestral brass. I opened the pack in the browser and I only found 2 folders samples and sounds. No example .als, no presets.

Yes indeed I have re-installed the pack and all presets show in the browser in folder sounds.

Rescanning User Library in live 9
So that the files deleted manually with Finder register
In preferences change the location of the User Library to any different folder then change it back.
Now it will read all the files again and display correctly.

Tried with my nz visa as well with the same result.
I have used this NZ card to pay ableton before.
I called visa and tried to pay while they were on the phone. They assure me they never had any request to disburse the money.
I believe ableton are having problems with their site.
I hope it goes away ...

If you do not quit Live remembers the window size correctly but not when you restart.
On quit just to list it in the prefs file that Live reads at startup. It already remembers that the window was on the other screen just needs to have the size of the window written as well. Simple to implement and ...
