Does Bit Rate matter for acapellas like it does a song? I have some acapellas that are lower than 128kbps and they dont sound bad like a song would at that level. Should I not worry about bit rates with acapellas?

Can you run Ableton and Scratch live on the same computer at the same time on two different monitors? I assume this is possible by using the bridge.I would like to be able to use scratch live well my friend plays on Ableton.
