as much as I love Live it does drive me semi crazy at times that you cant just set up a mono track for a stereo input . yeah you can covert it but surley they can build the function in like every other daw

MIDI is always tied to the project tempo. You'd have to manually offset the timing of the midi clip to compensate for the project tempo adjustment. The easiest way I could think to do this would be to render the MIDI drum track as audio (and mute the original), deselect "warp" on the rendered drum,...

I gave up asio4all when I got vista . I just couldnt get it to work. Best i could manage I could see the waveforms but there was no sound.
I bought an external card and use real asio drivers. much better in the long run

I have heard of audio to midi plug ins but have read they really dont work well. Even proper midi hex pickups work with varing degress of success . well I guess your tone port is an external sound card . same thing . I dont know line 6 stuff but a quick google it seems line 6 have thier own asio drivers for it . I'd be usisng those

Hey spud

I had nothing but problems with asio4all and vista so i ended up buying an external card that had its own asio drivers .

good luck . did it ever work properly on vista ?
